Hi Emily. Nice name. Well if we on that subject may as well tell you mine. It's Lenka ( I know wierd) but my friends call me Lenkster or Lenks therefore the Lenkster is my user name. And for the Net being creepy thats just the way it goes so never mind. None of my friends read Scarpetta, so I am not very concern that they find out what I am writing.
I think I am on the same chapter as you.
Dorothy really done it this time. The way she spoke to Kay and been horrible to Lucy was not on. Dont like her. She should be locked up and throw away the key. That way she could not hurt anybody. Well done to PC for Dorothy though, she is a character that makes your blood boil.

*LOL* I get the same type of crap at work....ha ha! Actually, I just got my friend to start reading them. I let her borrow Post-Mortem a few weeks ago.

I finished Black Notice before going to sleep, and started The Last Precinct this morning. I had to make myself stop reading, which as you guys can understand, was very hard to do. I'm on Chapter 2 though. I'm so sad for her! I'm not going into detail though, just incase you haven't gotten a chance to get started yet, Lenster. I know Denmark has, he's re-reading them *LOL* I am so glad that Jo is okay, I was worried for a while. Dorothy is an idiot, and I don't understand why Kay allows her feelings to be hurt by this dumb idiot she calls her sister.

I didn't really understand the end of Black Notice though. I'm left wondering why???? I'll wait to ask my question though.

And I just realized you are on, Lenkster *LOL*
How about calling me my real name? Screen names make me uncomfortable, like we're all dangerous or something. I know I'm not. My name is Emily. You guys don't have to "reveal" though. I know the Net is a creepy world *LOL*

Okay, so my question. Why did "werewolf" live? Why couldn't Kay get rid of this beast? And yeah, I am proud of Kay too for being with Tally, even if it was without feeling, as she says.

It feels funny to read you just got home from work. *LOL* It's only a little past noon here! I think England is like 6 hours ahead of us though.

Hey guys where are you today? Just got back from work. Came to a conclusion that my boss is just as nice as Diane Bray. She needs to sort herself out. Was surprise about agent Talley and Kay in Paris. That was some hot stuff. But Marino should have been less jealous and mad at Kay of having a fling with Talley. The girl has got to eat. Good for her.ROTFL. Finished Black notice last night started The Last precinct today. I like how the story is continuing from the last book. But i shall not reveal much as I dont know if ScarpettaRox83(man thats a long name to write can we shorten it to SR83 or something?)started to read The Last precinct.

Hi guys. You on fire today. I just booted up the computer, its now 22.24 need to go to bed really. Just bought myself my first car today. Would love to have a black mercedes just like Kay, but could not have one as my insurance would be through the roof. Maybe if we can get job as the assistants that would be sooooooooooooooo cooooooooooool. I am on board with that idea. I nearly finished Black notice, hope to get some reading done before I really need to go to sleep.
To the question of me having a break at work the answer is yes I do and I try to read there but its always so noisy that I end up telling everybody to shut up, cos I cant concentrate. And then they tell me off, so I fall out with them. LOL The air is blue if you know what I mean. So when they walk in and see me reading they always say: Better be quiet, Lenkster is reading again. So I tell them damn right........and so on it goes.
Talk to you tomorrow. And no I havent quit my job......................yet

I just went and bought "The Last Precinct". I'm not done with Black Notice yet, Scarpetta and Marino just got to France. Their trip cracked me up, Marino is hilarious!! But like I said earlier, I can't get near the end of one, without having the next to back it up with. I'm way too addicted...ha ha!!!

I wonder if Ms. Conwell ever reads the board. Do you think she does? I think that would be way neat if she did!!!

Yes! And give me about four years (am about to start school at the end of this month) and I can be one of the technicians in the morgue. I wanna be an Autopsy Technician; I'm going to school for my Bachelor in Biology. I can assist in some of her cases....ha ha ha ha!!

I think we'd make a great team, Denmark! Now we need Lenkster somewhere in the mix.

About her writing.....holy crap! That's alot of pages in only a week and a few days! Craziness!! I think it's neat how she's so dedicated though. She researches stuff really well, and even can use her own experience from working in a coroner's office, and in the police department.

I liked All That Remains, that was a good one! That's the one where he murders the couples right? And their shoes and socks are missing?? Something like that. The bodies are found in the woods.

I just started reading the series again and started All that remains last night. with the rate I'm going at right now I should be right up to speed when The Scarpetta Factor comes out ;-)

About PC writing faster - I read in an interview once she wrote 200 pages in 10 days and on day 11 she woke up and couldn't use her left arm - isn't that insane?!

Okay, so my outlook on Chuckie-boy has totally changed. I think he's behind everything happening to Kay right now. I think he's the one who's hacked into her AOL account and sent out all those emails, and started that chat stuff. I'm on page 156, Kay just went to Rose's apartment to visit her....almost on Chapter 16.

What really made me laugh though, was when Rose swore! Ha!! That was funny. I imagine her as this little old grandma type, but with this "don't mess with me, or else" kind of attitude. She called Chuck a bad name; which I'm not saying on the internet.

Man, I just had an entire post typed out, and hit the wrong button and lost the whole thing. Ugh.....I hate computers sometimes! Ha ha!!

I agree about Lucy blowing Carrie up, Lenkster. That was wicked cool!!! I agree about her needing more than that though. I think, like Gault, she should have been run over by a train. Remember Scarpetta killing him in "From Potter's Field"? Getting blown up is too fast. Of course, Mark needed more than blowing up too. I'm still mad at him *LOL* Cheating on Kay....how rude!!!

I like Kay's assistant, Chuck. Or as Marino says "Chuckie-boy" *ROTFL* He's funny, but gets on my nerves. He sure has lots of guts around Marino. If I were him, I'd kick Chuck in the head. Kay doesn't like him much, and I think she might fire him. Atleast that's what she says she wants to do.

Umm.....I don't think it would be wise to quit your job on account of Scarpetta *LOL* Don't you get a break, maybe you can read when you have some down time, and aren't doing anything. Or.....hmm....maybe you can talk Ms. Cornwell into letting the three of us be her assistants *LOL* Ha ha!! Now THAT would be worth losing a job over!!

Hi ScarpettaRox83 and Denmark. We have nice chat going on here. I am from England although I live here I am not English, (thats why my spelling its not so good sometime so sorry about that) but love it over here. I lived here for 8 and half years now. Black notice is very good. Not liking Bray at all. Going back to Point of origin Loved the way Lucy blew the helicopter up. COOL. But I thing Carrie deserved to suffer more, for what she did. Dont get me wrong I am not a violent person at all however some people deserve what they get. I cant way to read the new book but I cant imagine what I would do when I finish them all. I thing I would need some kind of therapy too. LOL. We would have to tell PC to write more faster. Shame I have to go to work and cant read. That is very unfair. You know what the hell with it I just may quit today.....
