Synopsis
A crime thriller featuring forensic pathologist Dr Kay Scarpetta. On a chilling December day, Kay Scarpetta is called upon to examine the body of a diver found near a US Navy shipyard. On discovering the diver died of cyanide poisoning, Scarpetta embarks on an investigation that points to military corruption.
